Holistic Approach

Central to the concept of holistic health is the premise that an individual can choose wellness by developing healthy life patterns and attitudes and by being aware of how the mind can affect the body both adversely and positively.

Holistic health does not stand in opposition to traditional health care. but serves as a bridge between traditional and alternative options.

The intent of holistic health is to empower a woman to actively engage in her own healing process, realizing higher expressions of health in mind, body, and spirit.
